💡 FAQ

A collection of the most frequently asked questions and answers to help you get started with Clipora efficiently.

1. Is my data safe?
  • We follow an "offline-first" approach: a copy of your data is stored locally on your device.
  • You can access saved content even without an internet connection.
  • We never embed ads or collect unrelated data in your documents; privacy and usability always come first.

2. Why can't I access some web pages?
  • Some websites have anti-scraping measures or access restrictions, so third-party apps may not be able to parse them directly.
  • Solutions:
    • Use the browser extension's "Add Current Page" feature to save content directly from pages you can access;
    • For dynamic or login-required pages, this method is also recommended;
    • After saving, it's a good idea to "Generate Snapshot" to prevent issues from site changes or downtime.
