💡 FAQ
A collection of the most frequently asked questions and answers to help you get started with Clipora efficiently.
1. Is my data safe?
- We follow an "offline-first" approach: a copy of your data is stored locally on your device.
- You can access saved content even without an internet connection.
- We never embed ads or collect unrelated data in your documents; privacy and usability always come first.
2. Why can't I access some web pages?
- Some websites have anti-scraping measures or access restrictions, so third-party apps may not be able to parse them directly.
- Solutions:
- Use the browser extension's "Add Current Page" feature to save content directly from pages you can access;
- For dynamic or login-required pages, this method is also recommended;
- After saving, it's a good idea to "Generate Snapshot" to prevent issues from site changes or downtime.
